Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Axioo platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including brand owners, staff members, and end customers interacting with brand storefronts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Service in any medium.
• Using any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Service.
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.
• Taking any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.

Organization Acceptable Use Policy:

Organizations and business tenants may not use the Service to sell, promote, or facilitate transactions for illegal products, counterfeit goods, weapons, hazardous materials, or regulated substances. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account or organization found violating these restrictions.

As part of the Service, you may choose a unique "slug," username, profile identifier, or subdomain for your organization or user profile (e.g., brandname.axioo.store or user-profile-slug). Axioo reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reclaim, rename, change, or remove any slug, username, or subdomain at any time.

We may enforce these changes or restrictions if a slug is misleading, infringes on a trademark, uses reserved system names, violates these terms, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate. Slugs, usernames, and subdomains are provided for your use while your account is active and in good standing, and do not constitute permanent ownership of the name or identifier.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Special Policy for Free Accounts:

To maintain system efficiency and security, Axioo reserves the right to delete "Free Tier" organizations or those with trials that have been expired for an extended period (typically 15-60 days or more), typically after providing 7-60 days email notice. Data from deleted accounts is non-recoverable.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Axioo operates as a technical platform provider enabling independent business organizations to host storefronts and use points of sale. Axioo is not a party to any transactions, agreements, or disputes between storefront customers and organizations.

We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, pricing, or delivery of products and services sold by organizations using our Service. Any disputes regarding purchases, returns, payment processing, or refunds must be resolved directly with the respective organization.

While we strive to maintain high availability for all storefronts, terminal systems, and dashboards, the Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Axioo does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Axioo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from service outages, server downtime, or unauthorized access to your transmissions or data.
