1. Information We Collect
Axioo Technologies Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") collects information to provide better services to all our users. We collect information in the following ways:
- Information you give us: When you create an account, we ask for personal information like your name, email address, and business details.
- Google User Data (OAuth): If you choose to sign in or register using Google, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture URL to authenticate and set up your account.
- Information we get from your use of our services: We collect information about the services that you use and how you use them, like when you process a transaction or manage inventory.
- Log information: When you use our services, we automatically collect and store certain information in server logs.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect from all of our services to provide, maintain, protect and improve them, to develop new ones, and to protect Axioo and our users.
We use your information to:
- Process transactions and provide the POS and e-commerce services.
- Send administrative messages, security alerts, and support notifications.
- Verify your identity and prevent fraud or other unauthorized activity.
- Analyze trends and usage to improve our platform experience.
3. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share your personal data with third-party companies, advertisers, or data brokers.
Sharing with Organizations (Tenants):
Axioo is a multi-tenant platform that enables independent business organizations to run their own storefronts and points of sale. When you place an order, make a purchase, or interact with a specific organization on the platform, we share your email address and name with that organization to enable them to process, fulfill, and manage your order. Organizations are independent entities, and their use of your information is governed by their own respective privacy policies.
Service Providers & Payment Processors:
We may share information with trusted third-party providers who assist us in operating our platform, such as payment gateways (e.g., Stripe) and database hosts. Payment details are processed securely and directly by our compliant payment partners and are not stored on our servers.
Google API User Data:
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data to serve advertisements. We do not transfer or share your Google user data with third parties except when explicitly necessary to provide or improve the core features of our platform-such as sharing your name and email address with an organization when you choose to place an order with that organization.
4. Data Storage & Security
We work hard to protect Axioo and our users from unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction of information we hold.
We review our information collection, storage, and processing practices, including physical security measures, to guard against unauthorized access to systems. We restrict access to personal information to Axioo employees, contractors, and agents who need to know that information in order to process it for us.
Local Storage and Caching:
To provide performance optimizations and offline stability, we utilize local browser storage (such as localStorage and IndexedDB) on user devices. This storage is used strictly to temporarily cache non-sensitive configuration data and product catalogs. We do not store offline transaction histories or financial data locally.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time. If you have an account, you can do this by logging into your dashboard and visiting your profile settings.
